    The Benefitness Adaptive Gym on the main campus of Benevilla is excited to announce their newest program for the community “Rock Steady Saturday.” Everyone is invited to join them on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 10:00am. You will learn boxing drills, techniques, and exercises proven to improve mobility, strength, stability, coordination, and more. It will be a circuit-based workout and all equipment is provided. All you need to bring is water and a towel. All levels are welcome and a Benefitness membership is not required to attend.
