What We Offer
Group Classes
Specifically designed for adaptive needs, our small group classes are the perfect way to regain strength, mobility and agility, improve health and vitality and more. The coaches bring fun and engaging energy to every class ensuring that each participant feels welcome.
Individual Sessions
Tailored for the specific needs of the individual, one-on-one sessions are designed to improve skills needed for daily living, reduce pain, and manage diagnoses progression.

As a proud affiliate of RSB, we strive to reduce the health disparities associated with Parkinson’s Disease.
InBody
Bio-impedance analysis (BIA) device allows the staff to exact a fitness and wellness plan for you. This device provides information including inflammation score, cardiac risk score, caloric recommendations, body composition, and other metrics that directly correlate to health.
Nutrition Coaching
Led by certified staff, a detailed and individualized nutrition plan is provided to you. This interactive session keeps you in the drivers seat yet guides you to choosing foods that are aimed at improving overall health.
Assisted Stretch
Improve balance and mobility and reduce pain in each session. Assisted Stretch helps with the mechanics of movement which in turn increases joint range of motion. Each session leaves you feeling refreshed and restored.
Smart Glove and Smart Board
The Neofect Smart Glove and Smart Board sessions are led by a trained staff to improve deficits through interactive game play using AI technology.
FREE Support Groups
Gym membership is not needed to attend any of Benevilla support groups. (see scheduling page for details of each support group).
