Rudy Coronado

With over 20 years as a health and wellness professional, Rudy brings a unique energy and passion to his work as a Wellness Coach at Benefitness Adaptive Gym. Rudy is multi-disciplinary certified and uses his experience in personal training, body building, group fitness, boxing, Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu to improve the overall health of our members. Rudy has additional certifications in Rock Steady Boxing, NASM, and is a Dementia Friends Champion. His own health challenges with Auto-Immune disease have enhanced his personal approach to individualized wellness. Rudy believes in evidence-based training in health and nutrition, and he can often be found seeking alternative solutions to better support those he engages with.

I suffered a stroke 3 years ago, and Benevilla is such a great place for an adaptive gym. You feel such a camaraderie with fitness classes with others are also working for their goals. Lori, Rudy, and Coach Briggs are fantastic. When you walk in you can definitely feel the compassion an and inspiration. Recommend this place to anybody for confidence and better quality of life.
