Diana Smithson
Diana is a professionally certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with over 10 years of fitness programming experience. She specializes in Orthopedic Exercise with an emphasis on rehabilitative movement in functional fitness. Her favorite demographic to work with is anyone who doubts their abilities due to limitations physically or mentally. She has participated in multiple athletic endurance events such as 10k’s, half-marathons, trail half-marathons, mini-triathlon, endurance relay races, and obstacle course mud run. She has taught Zumba Fitness classes, Barre Intensity, and HIIT sessions, trained individuals to run their first 5k’s and half marathons and individually trained clients to achieve their various goals with stability, mobility, and everyday functionality.
