Dome Paroongsup

Anurat Paroongsup, known as "Dome" to friends and family, was born in Bangkok, Thailand. He lived there until the age of 10 when his mother relocated him and his three siblings to the United States in pursuit of the American dream and better opportunities.

He was raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago in McHenry County, where he attended high school and college before joining the U.S. Navy. He served for eight years and was elected as the Physical Coordinator for his command.

Following his military service, he attended Northern Illinois University, where he earned a degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Athletic Training, specializing in fitness leadership and sports medicine.

From a young age, he was taught the values of hard work, dedication, and commitment as keys to success in life. He is a driven and hardworking individual who embraces challenges and takes pride in completing tasks efficiently.

Anurat describes himself as an open and honest person who strives to be fair in all aspects of life. He is passionate about helping others and believes that taking care of oneself—both mentally and physically—is essential to having the energy and ability to support others effectively.
